• Day 1: NJP Railway Station/Bagdogra Airport-Darjeeling- Once you arrive at the NJP Station or flight lands at Bagdogra Airport, you will be greeted by our Plan Journeys representative who will then transport you to Darjeeling, a drive of about 2 & ½ hours. On reaching, finish up with hotel check-in, freshen up and then you have sufficient spare time for rest or meditating on the beauty of Darjeeling. Post dinner enjoy a good overnight sleep.
• Day 2: Glenburn Tea Estate Post breakfast we set out for an informative and unique tour of the famous Glenburn Tea Estate where you would enjoy walking through the fields where tea cultivation is being done. The experience of lunch on the banks of River Rung Dung too would be a unique experience. Post lunch we would move on for touring the tea factory and the manager of the estate would then take us for an exciting drive through the fields. However before that you would get the thrill of tasting tea right within the factory and also learn a lot about the manufacturing process and about the estate’s history. Back to hotel and overnight stay.
• Day 3: Darjeeling sightseeing- Next day is reserved for Darjeeling sightseeing. One of the key attractions for tourists visiting Darjeeling is the highly enjoyable toy train ride. Get allured by the mesmerizing lush green beauty of Darjeeling sitting in a toy train that creeps its way via Batasia loop finally to reach two major points; i.e. Kurseong and Ghoom. Before you get on to the toy train, of course you would get to enjoy the panoramic view of the sunrise at Tiger hills. The Mall, Das studios, the Zoo, the famed Himalayan Mountaineering Institute are the other popular attractions you shouldn’t miss. Also don’t forget to taste an awesome lunch at some of the best places out here such as ‘Glenary’s’. Back to hotel and night stay.
• Day 4: Darjeeling-NJP Station/Bagdogra airport- Post breakfast we start for NJP Station or Bagdogra airport where our representative sees you off and you move on for your journey back home.
