Tour Itinerary:
- Day 1: Arrive Srinagar Airport, transfer to Sonamarg-Welcome on Kashmir holidays! On arrival at Srinagar airport Plan Journeys’ rep will meet and greet at the airport. Later board your pre reserved private vehicle and proceed to Sonamarg. On arrival, check in to your hotel. Sonamarg – Meadow of Gold is famous for Thajiwas Glacier, which is a major attraction during summers and reachable by hiring ponies. In the afternoon you have a chance to visit this attraction. Dinner and overnight stay at hotel in Sonamarg.
- Day 2: Sonamarg to Srinagar- After breakfast at the Sonamarg hotel, check out and drive to Srinagar. On arrival check-in at pre booked Srinagar Hotel or Srinagar Houseboat. Later in the afternoon we will take you to the tour of the city of Lakes – Srinagar and visit the best collection of the gardens in the world – the Mughal Gardens namely Chashme Shahi – the Royal Spring, Nishat Bagh – the garden of bliss and largest of all Shalimar Bagh – Abode of Love. Later we will take you to a Shikara ride in Dal Lake for the most amazing views of Srinagar. Dinner and overnight accommodation in Srinagar.
- Day 3: Srinagar to Gulmarg- On third day of this Kashmir package, we will proceed to Gulmarg – Meadow of Flowers. One of the world’s best hill stations and skiing resorts with gondolas, which takes to a height of 14000 ft. in the Apharwat range. Observe the beauty of snowy peaks of Gulmarg all around you. After full day in snow fun, come back to your hotel in the evening. Dinner and overnight in hotel.
- Day 4: Gulmarg to Pahalgam- Today after breakfast at your hotel, check out and proceed to Pahalgam. On arrival check in to your pre booked hotel. On the banks of river Lidder, Pahalgam is a beautiful resort town with many picturesque locations often taken as an outdoor shooting site for many Bollywood hits. Later go for a walk around your resort. Dinner and overnight at your hotel in Pahalgam.
- Day 5: Things to do in Pahalgam-In morning breakfast at your hotel and later we will take you to enjoy the beautiful locations of Pahalgam like Betaab valley, Baisaran, Chandanwari, Aru valley, etc. for adventure enthusiasts there are many activities available here like white water rafting, trekking, angling, etc. dinner and overnight stay in Pahalgam hotel.
- Day 6: Things to do in Pahalgam- After an early breakfast in your hotel, check out and proceed for a long and beautiful drive to Katra. On arrival check-in at the Katra hotel. Rest of the day free to relax. Dinner and overnight at the hotel in Katra.
- Day 7: Katra to Maa Vaishno Devi darshan- After an early breakfast in your Katra Hotel, start your full day trip to Mata Vaishno Devi Temple. Although the most visited route is by foot on to the mountains but if you want to go little faster, we can do your helicopter booking for Maa Vaishno Devi darshan too. Come back to your hotel in the evening. Dinner and overnight at your hotel.
- Day 8: Departure from Jammu.- Morning Breakfast at your Katra hotel. Later check out and proceed to the Jammu airport to board your flight to your onward destination.
