- Day 1: Leh-Your fabulous Arrive at Leh where you are greeted by our Plan Journeys representative. Check into hotel and take optimum rest all day long. Leh is at an elevation of 3500 meters above sea level. Hence we see to it that tourists can get enough rest to adjust physically to the climate of such a high altitude destination. Evening time can be utilized for shopping. You can stroll to the local market of Leh and pick interesting souvenirs. Night stay at Leh.
- Day 2: Leh Monasteries Visit- Next Next day, soon after breakfast set out to participate in the prayer session at the Thiksey Monastery. Once done, proceed for a visit to the Hemis monastery of Ladakh and on your way back, visit the Shey Palace Monastery. This tour of monasteries would make you feel truly blessed and pure. Back to your hotel at Leh for overnight stay.
- Day 3: Leh-Khardongla Pass-Leh; 45kms- Next day post breakfast, set out for Khardongla pass and enjoy the entire day out there. Khardongla Pass has found its place in the Guinness Book of World Records as the highest of all motor-able passes existing globally. You can capture some really awe-inspiring views of snow-clad peaks and terrain onto your camera reels during your visit to the Khardongla pass.
