Marari Kollam Varkala tour package. Marari, Kollam, and Varkala are three beautiful tourist destinations located in the southern state of Kerala, India. Each place has its own unique charm and offers visitors a diverse range of experiences.
Marari, located in the Alappuzha district, is a picturesque beach destination known for its serene atmosphere and tranquil surroundings. The beach is relatively untouched and is perfect for those looking for a quiet retreat away from the hustle and bustle of city life. Visitors can enjoy long walks on the beach, soak up the sun, and even take part in various water sports. The village adjacent to the beach is a great place to experience local culture and hospitality.
Kollam, also known as Quilon, is a historic city situated on the banks of the Ashtamudi Lake. It is famous for its cashew industry and is also home to some of the oldest and most beautiful temples in Kerala. Visitors can take a leisurely boat ride along the lake, visit the ancient temples, or even indulge in some authentic Ayurvedic treatments. Kollam is also a great place to try out some delicious local cuisine.
Varkala, located in the Thiruvananthapuram district, is a popular seaside destination known for its dramatic cliffs and stunning beaches. It is also home to the famous Sree Janardhana Swamy Temple, which attracts thousands of devotees every year. Visitors can spend their days lounging on the beach, exploring the cliff-side shops and cafes, or even taking a dip in the natural spring waters at the Papanasam beach.
Visitors can easily combine these three destinations into a single tour package. The tour typically starts with a visit to Marari, where visitors can spend a couple of days enjoying the beach and exploring the local village. From Marari, the tour moves on to Kollam, where visitors can experience the city's rich history and culture. Finally, the tour concludes in Varkala, where visitors can soak up the sun and enjoy the breathtaking views of the cliffs and the sea.
